I was surprised that there was no ice at the edges of puddles this morning. A hard freeze is forecast for early tomorrow. People seemed to be curtailing their activities but the birds were out in force including two hawks sitting side-by-side on a branch--something I've never seen before.One year ago: Someday We'll Find It
