Even the fountain grass looks bedraggled. 100 degrees again but seriously dry so it feels cooler. Weird concept, that.

It's the "feels like" bit of temperature. I was in DC one summer when it was in the 70's and it felt like - hades.
Pretty fountain. I love the lace wing and the curling flower. The spider, I respect. ;)
